"I will report this to the dept of insurance and I will sue their E&O for making my rates go up for now having a lapse in coverage. My first point of contact was Statefarm customer service since Laz Maseda's office dropped the ball. The 800 number corrected the address for me. I pay in full so how would I know I was being cancelled when you have my contact info wrong and I didn't get notices. I called your office and the employee said, "they don't follow-up on cancellations because they don't have time for that" and the employee said, "that's what the notifications are for", that I don't get . The office is trying to downplay the fact that they want the money and servicing the policy doesn't exist since they rely on auto notices which again I can't get if your non-English speaking employees enter my contact info wrong. Stay away from this agency! They entered my address wrong. I had a payment due apparently when I purchased a new car, but since they made the address error, I never got a bill for any change in premium. My insurance cancelled since April and no one called me for two months. I found out because I went online to see if I had a renewal notice since I like to pay in full and I was unsure of when my policy renewed. Now I have a lapse on my insurance and my rate will sky rocket. They are quick to collect your money, but they get too big and too busy to service your policy that they make commission on every renewal. They just want to sit back and collect. Never will use them again. Now they are sour that I messed up their pretty 5.0 review score, but someone has to tell the truth and they have a 4.4 on Facebook, so that sounds more accurate."

"Hello Mrs. Vargas. It is unfortunate to see that your first point of contact regarding your insurance policies is a Googe review. You initiated your policy in February and never replied to our multiple attempts to acquire your signature on the Florida required uninsured motorist form. As a result of your oversight, uninsured motorist coverage was added to your policy per Florida law. I also do not see any emails, voicemails, or text message to my office regarding any of your complaints. If you or anyone doubts the ease of which my office can be contacted, I ask you to call us right now 954-430-3651. You will speak with me or one of my team members either immediately or within 2 hours of a message left at my office. At this point I wish you all the best for your future insurance and financial services needs."

"I have been with State Farm for over 32 years. I've been with Laz for at least 15 years. Anytime I ever had an insurance question about my car or home he was always there to answer usually within the same day. He would meet with me personally and go over every detail of my policies. He is honest and wasn't interested in just selling me something. He wanted me to have what was best for my protection and needs. I had a car accident and everything was taken care of and fast. I had a rental, my car was repaired and I lost no time at work. All because Laz and State Farm knew what I would need in case something happened. Laz is trustworthy, reliable, professional and available. Laz you ROCK!"
